The City has received a planning application for a Freehold Subdivision proposal on behalf of Taylor Burrell Barnett for the creation of:

  • 84 residential lots, 82 residential lots and two larger grouped or multiple dwelling development sites
  • Three public open space/drainage Reserves
  • Movement network consisting of two roads, seven laneways & footpaths; and
  • Landscaping
