Old Boys School Call for Proposals

Consultation has concluded

The City is now seeking proposals from organisations or individuals who wish to lease the former Fremantle Boys School building located at 92 Adelaide Street Fremantle. For information on eligibility criteria please review the call for proposals document. It is essential that you review this document before submitting a proposal.

The former Fremantle Boys School site is directly adjacent and central to a number of redevelopment sites, and will provide a significant opportunity to be a part of the surrounding precinct's exciting revitalisation.

We encourage everyone to take part in the forums provided in order to share ideas, collaborate and connect with others before submitting your proposal.

    If required you can save your submission at varying stages and return to complete at a later stage.

    You can submit up to three (3) different proposals as specified in the call for proposals document.You will have the opportunity to upload supporting documents inside the portal.

  • Open Day Registration

    The building will be open for inspection during three (3) open days being held at the following times:

    Open Day 1 - Mon 30th November (3.30 pm - 4.30 pm)

    Open Day 2 - Wed 2nd December (3.30 pm - 4.30 pm)

    Open Day 2 - Thurs 3rd December (3.30 pm - 4.30 pm)

    Please click on the button below to register your attendance at one of the open days. Registration is a requirement for accessing the building.

    Additional viewings can be arranged upon request.
