Consultation has concluded

The image captures an area with the appearance of being part of the property at 45 Henderson Street, rather than road reserve. This forms the portion noted as located behind the heritage limestone wall for proposed closure and amalgamation. Currently this land is encroached upon by 45 Henderson Street (former Courthouse and Police Station).

We're seeking comments on a proposal to close and amalgamate a section of road reserve into 45 Henderson Street Fremantle (former Courthouse and Police Station).

The proposal includes an area both behind the limestone wall and in front of the wall (paved area), leaving a 3m x 3m truncation on the very corner.

The area behind the limestone wall currently has the appearance of being part of the 45 Henderson Street property.

The proposal will restore the original boundary line and protect the original perimeter of the 'Convict Establishment'.
