A new residential addition of seven multiple dwellings, wrapped around the existing heritage-listed house and comprised of two sections: a two storey section on the south and a three storey section to the west behind the heritage-listed house. The existing community purpose use in the heritage-listed house is proposed to remain.

The application seeks discretionary assessments against the following criteria:

  • Boundary walls (south/west)

  • Visual privacy (south/west)

  • Open space
  • On-site car parking

What are the next steps?

All submissions will be reviewed by the assessing officer who will prepare a report to the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP). The City's Planning Committee will consider the report before it is referred to the JDAP. All submitters will be notified of the Planning Committee and JDAP meeting date.
