Amended Plans Received
After being refused by the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP), the applicant lodged an appeal to the State Administrative Tribunal. As a result of the appeal process, amended plans have been submitted for the City’s consideration.
The new plans reduce the scope of the application from a three storey, six unit multiple dwelling development to a development comprising three, two storey Grouped dwellings. The existing heritage place on the lot is proposed to be used as an Educational Establishment tentatively for the use of individual and group tutoring.
The application seeks discretion against the following criteria:

Boundary wall (south)
Lot boundary setback (south)
Front setback (Louisa St - Lower and Upper floors)
On-site car parking (Educational Establishment)
Consultation has concluded
