Consultation has concluded

Harvest Legal, representing the owners of No.s 31-33 Queen Victoria Street, Fremantle have applied to the City of Fremantle to have the 100m2 setback portion of Queen Victoria Street be closed and amalgamated with their adjoining property at 31-33 (Lot 304) Queen Victoria Street, Fremantle.

The closure of the setback portion of public road reserve will bring Lot 304 into the same alignment as all other properties either side of Queen Victoria Street between James Street and Parry Street, Fremantle.

The proposed public road closure of the setback portion of Queen Victoria Street, Fremantle described above will be open for public comment for 36 days from 08/03/2024 and ending on 13/05/2024.
