    I thought the Davis Park Precinct Development has already received approval?

    The new roads were created and approved under WAPC 200859 undergoing a full consultative process by the City of Fremantle.

    This process deals with the partial and full closures of existing roads and Pedestrian Access Way's  in accordance with the Planning guidelines - Pedestrian access ways and Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 and Section 9 of the Land Adminstration Regulations 1998.  A public consultation period of 35 days plus public holidays are part of the legislation requirements.
