    As the development value exceeds $2 million, the applicant opted to have the application determined by the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP). The City’s Responsible Authority Report (RAR) is referred to Planning Committee for comment.

    At the Planning Committee meeting on 7 July 2021 Council voted to approve the development proposal, subject to the conditions outlined in the responsible authority report.
