The development proposes an extension to the existing school and includes an auditorium, learning areas and ancillary facilities as well as car parking, at 162 High Street, Fremantle.

    Council approved the development proposal subject to conditions at their meeting on 23 June 2021. You can access the minutes here or on the City's agendas and minutes page.

    This application will be considered at the Ordinary Council meeting on Wednesday 23 June 2021 commencing at 6.00 pm.

    At the Planning Committee meeting of 7 April 2021 this application was deferred and returned to the applicant to consider making amendments to:

    • minimise the impact of the street setback and boundary walls on the High Street streetscape and public realm.
    • minimise the impact on the setting of Dalkeith House.
    • reduce the overall bulk and scale of the development.
