A proposed parking solution for the Arts Centre Precinct.

The City of Fremantle has been aware of the long-term parking issue affecting Arts Centre Precinct residents. Free, unrestricted parking in the area has become problematic for residents on and around Tuckfield Street, Skinner Street, and Burt Street.

The City of Fremantle is proposing to implement 2 hr time restrictions on Tuckfield and portions of Burt, Skinner and Finnerty Streets . All residents in the precinct will become eligible for parking permits that allow them to park beyond the time restriction.

The proposed parking solution is now open for comment from residents in the affected area. Comments close on 11 August at 5pm.
