City to hold talks with landowners before readvertising

Council agreed to defer consideration of Amendment 68. Before proceeding to readvertise modifications to the scheme amendment, the City will hold further discussions with landowners in the area to see if they are prepared to support arrangements to improve the road network, which may allow higher density development to be permitted through the scheme amendment.
