The City of Fremantle has received a development proposal for a Small Bar/ Restaurant and Office Development


The application proposes to deliver a six-storey sustainable office development with a ground
floor bar/ restaurant, on the corner of High Street and Josephson Street.

    Clause 78B (6)(b) of LPS4 requires Council to have regard to the recommendations of the Design Advisory Committee (DAC) for applications meeting specific criteria. The applicant submitted amended plans in response to the recommendations of the DAC.
