The City has received a development application for a Mixed-use development comprising additions, alterations and restoration of the former Matilda Bay Brewery buildings and the addition of three residential towers (16, 11 and 10 storeys in height respectively) comprising 207 Multiple Dwellings and Café/Restaurant, Shop, Office, Reception Centre and Industry-Light land uses as well as landscaping, amenity areas, car parking and public realm additions.
