- The application will be decided by the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP). These meetings are open to the public and further information will be available on their website: DAPs agendas and minutes - Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (dplh.wa.gov.au)
How can I make a submission?
- A 'Talk to a Planner' session was held on 7 January 2021 and submissions on the original plans closed on 22 January 2021.
- JDAP deferred a decision on the original plans and amended plans were submitted to the City of Fremantle in March 2021. Due to the limited time available for the City to review these plans we are not seeking submissions on these amendments and they are provided for information only.
- The amended plans will be decided at the upcoming JDAP meeting of 29 March 2021 - see below for details.
