Consultation has concluded
The Fremantle Ports (FP) has applied to the City of Fremantle to have Bayly Street, North Fremantle closed and the land be amalgamated with the adjoining Fremantle Ports owned property at No. 33 (Lot 10) Tydeman Road.
The remaining property located at No. 28 (Lot 42) Bayly Street is in the ownership of the FP and will also be amalgamated into FP large property holding at No.33 Tydeman Road. At that stage, Bayly Street would not be required for access or street addressing.
The proposed public road closure of Bayly Street will be open for public comments for 35 days from Saturday 26 February to Saturday 2 April 2022.
