Final Council Decision - February 2019

At its meeting on 27 February 2019, the City of Fremantle Council gave its final approval of the new local planning policy (LPP 2.23). This means that the policy is now operational and forms part of the City's local planning policy manual. A copy of the policy, as adopted by Council, is available to download on via the Document Library on this page.

NOTE - NEW NOMINATIONS: Any nominations received prior to February 2020 will be held on file until the next annual assessment and reporting period, which is scheduled to be undertaken between February and April 2020.
