Council Consideration - February 2019
An item relating to the this proposal is currently scheduled to be considered by the Strategic Planning & Transport Committee on Wednesday 20 February 2019 and then at the Ordinary Meeting of Council on Wednesday 27 February 2019. Both meetings commence at the North Fremantle Community Hall, located at No. 2 Thompson Road, North Fremantle at 6.00pm.
A report will be prepared by officers considering the outcomes of community consultation on the draft policy, and providing recommendations on the next steps forward.
As part of the Council meeting process, there is the opportunity to make a deputation to Committee and Council on this project. The opportunity to address the Committee on the proposal is limited to a maximum of three minutes. An opportunity to address the Council on the proposal is given during ‘Public Question Time’ only, and is also limited to a maximum of three minutes. Fremantle approved LPP 2.23 in February 2019, the policy is now operational and forms part of the City's local planning policy manual. A copy of the policy, as adopted by Council, is available to download on via the Document Library on this page.
