Potential Scheme Amendment Decision Deferred to January 2019


This proposal was considered by the Planning Committee at its meeting held on 5 December 2018. At this meeting, the Committee resolved to defer the item to the next available meeting to allow for officers to prepare further information for Council on other zoning and built form outcomes for the sites.

As such, this project is currently scheduled to be referred back to the Planning Committee on Wednesday 16 January 2019, and will then be considered at the Ordinary Meeting of Council on Wednesday 30 January 2019. Both meetings are scheduled to commence at the North Fremantle Community Hall, located at 2 Thompson Road, North Fremantle at 6.00pm and are open to the public.

The opportunity to address the Committee on the proposal is limited to a maximum of three minutes. An opportunity to address the Council on the proposal is given during ‘Public Question Time’ only and is also limited to a maximum of three minutes.
