The draft Percent for Art Policy aligns with the aims and commitments set out in the recently adopted City of Fremantle Arts, Culture and Creative Strategy 2024–34. This document outlines the City's ten-year commitment to empowering arts, culture, and creativity in Fremantle. It provides high level direction to guide the city in its scope, approach and operational decisions, ensuring we maximise the decades of past creativity and investment and build on that into the future and is accompanied by a five-year action plan.
