Consultation has concluded
The City of Fremantle's Property Local Law is currently under review.
Section 3.16 of the Local Government Act (1995) requires the City of Fremantle to undertake a periodic review of local laws.
The public advertising period of the existing Property Local Law concluded on 23 July 2018.
Thank you for your submissions.
All submissions will be reviewed and a report prepared to the Finance, Policy, Operation and Legislation Committee on 8 August 2018, and Council on 22 August 2018.
All submitters will be informed of the committee and council meeting dates.
Council will be asked to approve a draft amendment to the Property Local Law for public comment.
