The City Plan is an ongoing comprehensive urban design and strategic planning process to create a spatial vision for the sustainable growth and development of the Fremantle city centre over the next 10-20 years. The City Plan is referenced in the strategy and Officers are investigating how to incorporate it into the Strategy.
