North Fremantle Plan: Phase 2 Survey
The North Fremantle City Plan project has now evolved to identify and distil a set of key objectives and principles to guide transport planning advocacy with the State Government. The material presented in Phase 2 Pulse Check document serves as an update for the community and aims to capture feedback to support ongoing advocacy and discussions with the State Government regarding regional transport planning.
Early community consultation took place in June 2025 to capture community ideas and feedback for a range of different themes and issues - including transport, heritage, urban form, character and connectivity. Public feedback gathered during Phase 2 of this process will help inform the North Fremantle Draft Plan.
Please make sure you have reviewed the FAQs and Key Documents section of the project page before completing this survey.
We are asking the public to:
- Review the project objectives, principles and scenario explorations presented for North Fremantle by consulting the Phase 2 Pulse Check document, FAQs and Key Documents section.
- Share feedback by completing the North Fremantle Plan Phase 2 Survey.
- Request to meet with city staff to discuss your thoughts on the North Fremantle Plan via a 1:1 meeting or group meeting.
You can request a hard copy of this survey by emailing the Community Engagement team at: communityengagement@fremantle.wa.gov.au
Submissions close 5pm AWST, January 27 2026.
