Council decision

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 25 September 2019, Council approved the local development plan subject to modifications being made to fencing, parking, landscaping and further details on treatment of the dwelling on the corner of Wongan Avenue and Hope Street to minimise impact on the streetscape.

The proponent is currently in the process of amending the local development plan to address these requirements, and once this is done the plan will be uploaded to the City’s website.
