“What If” is a special component of the City Plan that brings together visionary work from architects, designers and researchers – mostly based in Walyalup Fremantle or with a connection to the place. T
The following projects were featured as part of the City Plan exhibition, inviting public conversation around future directions Fremantle could take in the years ahead.
