The City has received a planning application for a Freehold Subdivision proposal on behalf of Taylor Burrell Barnett for the creation of a total of 36 lots, comprising 33 medium-density residential lots, two multiple-dwellings lots, and one Local Centre lot. The proposed medium-density residential lots range in size from 210m² to 386m2. The subdivision application also proposes the creation of a Balance Lot (comprising the remnant portions of Lots 31 and 42) and 1,154m² of Public Open Space (POS) that is located immediately south of O’ Reilly Close
