Consultation has concluded. JDAP approved this application at their meeting on 20 July 2021. 

The City of Fremantle has received a development proposal for a seven storey multiple dwelling development.


The application proposes to deliver a seven storey over 55's development at Lot 310, 8 Queen Victoria Street, Fremantle. It proposes a mix of single and two bedroom apartments.
