This application was approved by the Joint Development Assessment Panel at the meeting of 14 August 2020, subject to conditions.
The City of Fremantle has received a development proposal for a two storey aged care facility.
The application proposes to develop ten Multiple Dwellings (Aged and Dependent Persons Dwellings) and Hospital (Two Storey Residential Aged Care - High Care Facility), at Foley Village, 84 Collick Street Hilton.
