Planning Committee - 5 August 2020

Attending Committee or Council

Members of the public are welcome to ask a question, make a statement or just observe the proceedings at open meetings.

The opportunity to address the Committee on the proposal is limited to a maximum of three minutes. You must register your intent to speak at Planning Committee with the minute secretary:

• In person before 5.50pm on the day of the meeting, or
• By email to planning@fremantle.wa.gov.au or phone 1300 693 736 prior to 3.00pm on the day of the meeting.

After the proposal is considered by the Planning Committee/Council, the application will be determined by the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP). The date of the JDAP meeting is not known at this time however is usually 1-2 weeks after the Planning Committee meeting.

Please check the JDAP website for the date, time and venue (the venue may not be in the City of Fremantle). Should you wish to speak at the JDAP meeting, please complete a “Presentation Request Form” which must be submitted no less than 72 hours before the meeting.
