Approved by Planning Committee

At the Planning Committee meeting on 5 August 2020, the application was approved under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Local Planning Scheme No. 4, subject to conditions outlined in the responsible authority report. The application will now be referred to the Metro Inner South JDAP, who are the final decision-maker on the application. The date of the JDAP meeting is not known at this time however is usually 1-2 weeks after the Planning Committee meeting.

Please check the JDAP website for the date, time and venue (the venue may not be in the City of Fremantle). Should you wish to speak at the JDAP meeting, please complete a “Presentation Request Form” which must be submitted no less than 72 hours before the meeting.
