Joint Development Assessment Panel - 28 January 2021

At the Planning Committee meeting of 13 January 2021, the Committee did not support the officer's recommendation in the Responsible Authority Report (RAR) and requested that the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) refuse the application.

They also requested that regardless of JDAP's decision, City officers engage with Main Roads WA to investigate solutions to traffic distribution and movements on South Street and roads intersecting Hilton Town Centre.

This recommendation, along with the officer's recommendation, will be considered by JDAP at their meeting of Friday 28 January 2021 at 9.00am.
