Update on JDAP Decision

The application was reviewed by the Metro South West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) on 19 February 2021. At this meeting the JDAP deferred the determination of the application for the applicant to make amendments to the proposed development to reduce its impact on the apartments to the south of the site.

On 3 March 2021 the applicant provided amended plans for the proposal. These amended plans can be accessed for review via the document library on this page.

Due to the limited timeframe available for the City of Fremantle to review these plans the City is not seeking formal comment on these amendments and they are provided for information only.

The JDAP will meet to determine the application at a future meeting that has yet to be scheduled. The City will post the details on this page and contact all previous submitters. JDAP meetings are open to the public.
