We want to build a better understanding of how our Community Safety service is being used across the City, particularly by local business.

Your input will guide a tailored awareness campaign and help review how we provide access to these services in the future.

Our Community Safety service is unique. Last year through the engagement on our new Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan we heard that access to information is a key priority and that in certain areas there was low awareness of how and when the Community Safety team can be contacted.

Whether you’re a frequent user of the service, have only used it a handful of times or have never used it – we want to hear from you! We also welcome feedback from residents and visitors across the City of Fremantle.
