Will Fremantle Ports obtain the closed road free to extend their property holdings?
No. When the public road is closed the land will return to the Crown (owned by the State of WA) and the State will then sell the land to the Fremantle Ports (FP).
Will the City of Fremantle benefit from the sale of the Bayly Street Road reserve?
No. All funds from the sale of the land will return to the State of WA at settlement
