Annual Club Survey 2024

The City of Fremantle is conducting an annual sport and recreation club survey to gain important information on your key contacts and support requirements. This information will be used to inform our club support initiatives for the following year.

Please complete your club's information by Friday 15 March 2024 Sport and recreation clubs who complete the survey by the due date will go into the draw to win one of 10 x $200 cash prizes, which can be used by the club for purchase of new equipment/uniforms, purchase items for fundraisers, or purchase gifts for valued volunteers within the clubs etc. The prize will be drawn at random on Monday 18 February 2024 and announced on social media. The winning clubs will be notified by email.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and we appreciate your time. Your answers will not be linked to your club in any public reports but is used to assist with our planning.
