Annual Club Survey 2022

The City of Fremantle is conducting an annual sport and recreation club survey to gain important information on your key contacts and support requirements. This information will be used to inform our club support initiatives for the following year.

Each year, the City of Fremantle distributes an Annual Club Survey to the local sport and recreation clubs, to collect valuable information on how the City’s clubs are performing, collect up to date contact and membership details, and to identify gaps and capacity building needs that the City may be able to assist with through provision of club support initiatives and other programs for the following year.

This information is critical for the City’s Community Development team to adequately plan and provide support and opportunities for community sporting groups and volunteers. This data gives us a snapshot of participation in Fremantle and how we can continue to support you in creating healthier more sustainable clubs.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and we appreciate your time. Your answers will not be linked to your club in any public reports, only used to assist with our planning.

Please complete your clubs survey by Friday 14 October 2022.

Sport and recreation clubs who complete the survey by the due date will go into the draw to win one of 10 x $200 cash prizes, which can be used by the club for purchase of new equipment/uniforms, purchase items for fundraisers, or purchase gifts for valued volunteers within the clubs etc.

The prize will be drawn at random on Monday 17 October 2022 and announced on social media. The winning clubs will be notified by email.
