Join the My Say Freo community

You’ll find lots of ways to get involved and be heard as well as engagement and project information, updates and outcomes of previous engagements. To make your feedback and ideas count, simply register as a My Say Freo participant in a couple of simple steps or if you're already registered, log in and get started.


General feedback, complaints or suggestions

To give feedback, or make a suggestion or complaint about the City's operations and services that doesn't relate to an engagement on My Say Freo you can contact the City by email, phone, post, in person or via the online form. The City has established policies and procedures for complaints. You can find further information and contact details for the City's customer service centre here: fremantle.wa.gov.au/council/feedback-complaints-and-suggestions

If you need a service or have a request, you can make this through our eRequest portal. All requests are logged and you'll receive a tracking number and a response. Use this for things like:

  • abandoned vehicles
  • footpaths
  • graffiti
  • parking
  • public toilet maintenance
  • replacement waste bins
  • tree pruning
  • tree removal
  • verges
  • waste collections
