Final Council Decision - December 2018

At its meeting on 12 December 2018, the City of Fremantle Council gave its final approval to this project. The Council voted to support the amendment subject to further minor modifications. The modifications to the final amendment proposal included administrative/formatting improvements to the proposed provisions, as well as a change to the sustainability criteria. A copy of the final Council minutes is provided in the Document Library on the right hand side of this page.

The amendment will now be sent to the Western Australian Planning Commission for final assessment and determination by the Minister for Planning and Transport. If approved by the State Government, the amendment will be gazetted in the government gazette. In the meantime, this web page will be updated as further information comes to hand.
