Approval and Gazettal of Amendment No. 75

On 19 July 2019, Amendment No. 75 was published in the Western Australia Government Gazette after being formally approved by the Minister for Planning and Transport. This means that the amendment now forms part of the City's Local Planning Scheme.

As of writing, the City is currently undertaking community consultation on a proposed Local Development Plan (LDP) for the site. Approval of an LDP for the site is the next step in the process before a formal planning application can be submitted.
