The City of Fremantle has received a development proposal for a new seven storey mixed use development at 8 Point Street, Fremantle.
The City of Fremantle has received a development proposal for a seven storey 'Mixed Use' development. The application proposes to redevelop the existing parking garage and surrounding land at 8 Point Street, Fremantle to create a new seven storey development which includes:
- Hotel containing 168 rooms and a ground floor Restaurant/Bar.
- 45 Multiple dwellings.
- Ground floor tenancies including 5 Shops and 2 Commercial units.
- Redevelopment of the existing car parking structure to accommodate the ground floor tenancies, provide parking for the Multiple dwellings, and create a new entrance off of Cantonment Street.
