Planning Committee

At the Planning Committee meeting on 6 November 2019 the application was recommended for approval, subject to conditions. An amended recommendation was moved and carried 4/3. The item was referred to the Ordinary Meeting of Council for determination in accordance with the City of Fremantle Delegated Authority Register which requires that at least 5 members of the committee vote in favour of the Committee Recommendation in order to exercise its delegation.
