Mixed Use Residential Development - 47 Pakenham Street, Fremantle - DAP001/25

The City has received a planning application for a Mixed Use Development proposal on behalf of Planning Solutions. The development application proposes the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a five-storey mixed use building comprising 13 multiple dwellings and a ground floor cafe tenancy.

What happens to my comments?

Your submission will be reviewed by the assessing officer and considered in the assessment of the development application. A copy of your submission will be provided to the applicant to allow them to respond to any issues raised and to the decision maker (for example Council, Development Assessment Panel or Western Australian Planning Commission), to assist in their decision-making.

A summary of your submission may be included in publicly available reports assessing the application. Personal details such as your name and address will be removed.
