The City has received a planning application for a Mixed Use Development proposal on behalf of Planning Solutions. The development application proposes the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a five-storey mixed use building comprising 13 multiple dwellings and a ground floor cafe tenancy.

The application was advertised for a period between 7 February and 10 March 2025. Submissions have since closed.
