The City has received a planning application for a Mixed Use Development proposal on behalf of Planning Solutions. The development application proposes the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a five-storey mixed use building comprising 13 multiple dwellings and a ground floor cafe tenancy.
The application was advertised for a period between 7 February and 10 March 2025. Submissions have since closed.

The proposal was considered at an Ordinary Council Meeting on 9 April 2025. This meeting was for Council to provide their recommendation to the Development Assessment Panel, the application was not approved at this meeting. The meeting minutes can be found via the link below.
A Metro Inner Development Assessment Panel (DAP) was held on Tuesday, 29th April. The application was deferred at this meeting to allow the applicant time to provide additional information on the assessment of the proposal.Please refer to the DAP website below to access the minutes for the DAP meeting. Submitters will be advised once another DAP meeting has been scheduled.
