Has this development proposal already been considered by council?
Yes. The development proposal was considered by Planning Committee on 6 September. The Committee decided not to approve the proposal and suggested the applicant amend their plans to reduce the amount of overshadowing, provide a setback to the southern boundary and screen the openings to the south and east to improve privacy to adjoining properties. A full copy of the Planning Committee decision is available in the Planning Committee minutes for 6 September 2017. The applicant is now seeking a determination by the Development Assessment Panel.
