2025 Local Law Review

In accordance with section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Fremantle gives public notice that:

  1. A review of all local laws will be undertaken in accordance with the approved schedule, available on the City’s website:
    https://www.fremantle.wa.gov.au/page/public-notices.

  2. The following local laws remain unchanged:
    a. Parking Local Law 2021; and
    b. Prevention and Abatement of Sand Drift Local Law 2002.


Copies of the unchanged Local Laws can be viewed on the MySay page for this topic, as well as hard copies being available for inspection at Walyaup Civic Centre.
