What's proposed?

A small bar at 29 Leighton Beach Boulevard, North Fremantle.

• The bar will also operate as a café and deli during the day.
• The premises will combine two ground floor retail tenancies to form the ‘small bar’.
• The café/deli would operate from 6.30 am - 6.30 pm.
• The small bar would operate from 5.00 pm -12 midnight and cater for up to 75 patrons.
• The café-bar would be managed by a team of eight staff members over summer and five throughout winter.
• The tenancies have access to two on site car parking bays, within the existing basement.

Have the plans changed since they were first advertised in January 2018?

No. The plans are being readvertised because the Planning Committee decided on 7 March 2018 that further public comment was required. Any additional public input will be considered by the City and provided to the Planning Committee before they make a decision.

The public comment period closed on Monday 26 March 2018.

What happens to my comments?

Your comments will be considered in our assessment of the proposal and provided to Planning Committee to review before they make a decision.
